Quendarius Robinson

COMO, Miss. — A jury has been seated in the double murder trial against Quentarious Robinson.

Robinson is accused of murdering his girlfriend, 22-year-old Cerea Jackson, and her grandmother, 68-year-old Emma Jackson in November 2015.

Family said Robinson and Cerea’s two young children were home when the murders took place.

After several days on the run, Robinson was taken into custody in a normally abandoned building in Batesville.

Now, almost a year later, Robinson will face a jury in Sardis, Mississippi.

WREG is hearing the trial could start sometime this week.
