MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A third person is charged with murder in the death of Mia Jones, who was shot and killed while working as a delivery driver for Domino’s Pizza.

LeAnthony Primer, 24, and Marquez Thompson, 16, have already been arrested and charged.

Now another 16-year-old, Charles DeWayne McClellan, is also behind bars for the crime.

Police said the trio tried to rob her Wednesday then shot her as she tried to drive away.

All are charged with first-degree murder, first-degree murder in perpetration of attempted aggravated robbery and attempted especially aggravated robbery.

Thompson is also charged with possession/employment of a firearm during a dangerous felony.

Jones was laid to rest Monday.
