This week we hit an unfortunate milestone in Memphis: 200 homicides this year alone.
That puts us just 13 away from the city’s all-time record of 213 homicides, set back in 1993.
But Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich plans to make sure those victims will not be forgotten as a Season of Remembrance begins.
