DESOTO COUNTY, Miss. — It was a scary moment for drivers as they watched a Desoto County School bus crash, sending the driver and an aide to the hospital.

According to the authorities, eleven children were on the bus, heading to Lewisburg Elementary and Lewisburg Primary when it was involved in an accident with another vehicle at Church and Airways.

Employees at the Citgo Station across the street from where the crash happened said they didn’t see the accident, but heard it.

“I just thought the worst,” said Mohammed Albaser. “I heard it; sounded terrible.”

Thankfully, none of the students were injured.

They were all loaded onto a second bus and taken to school.
