(Memphis) Soulsville USA received a grant worth $250,000 Tuesday to bring the unlimited power of the internet to the historic neighborhood and the South Memphis area .
The funds were awarded through Delta Regional Authority and Community LIFT to build a wireless broadband network in hopes of encouraging businesses to stay or move to the South Memphis neighborhood.
