Here in Shelby County, voters will have to decide if they want to raise the local sales tax.  Last week we heard from those who support the half-cent increase.  Their main argument, the 30 million dollars they say will go to public education.  But not everyone is convinced. City Councilman Jim Strickland is here with Shelby County Commissioner Heidi Shafer, both are against the tax hike.
