Meatballs Cortona
1 lb. Ground Beef
½ lb. Italian Sausage
½ lb. Ground Pork
½ lb. Ground Veal
1/2 c. Yellow Onion (fine diced)
¼ c. Red Bell Pepper (fine diced)
¼ c. Celery (fine diced)
2 t. garlic (minced)
1 T. Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 t. Fresh Sage (chopped)
1 t. Fresh Thyme (chopped)
1 t. Dry Oregano
1 t. Ground Black Pepper
2 t. Greek Seasoning
2 t. Beef Base
2 ea. Whole Eggs
1 c. Bread Crumbs
½ c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Mix together well in large mixing bowl. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
