(Memphis) Shelby County Sheriff’s Office detectives have arrested a man accused of selling fake Justin Bieber merchandise outside FedExForum.
Investigators caught 43-year-old John Clark pulling black t-shirts out of his jacket.
He’s accused of selling them to fans attending Thursday’s concert in downtown Memphis.
A witness says Clark was selling them for $20.
The original tour t-shirts sell for $35.
Detectives recovered 36 additional shirts from Clark’s car valued at $1,300.
Investigators also seized $700 in cash.
Clark is charged with the Use of a Counterfeit Mark/Logo.
