MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The city of Memphis says it has full crews out Friday collecting trash and they will be working through the weekend.
Their goal is to have all carts picked up by Sunday.
Recycling carts will be picked up starting Monday.
The city had intended to start running garbage collection beginning Thursday but said icy conditions prevented it.
