West African Ground Nut Stew
Ingredients:
- Varied Chopped and Cubed Vegetables: (such as okra, potatoes, beans, squash)
- 1 whole Onions (chopped)
- 2 whole Bell peppers (chunked)
- 2 Table Spoons Garlic (Minced)
- Water to cover vegetables
- 2 Cans Tomato Paste
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
