MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A MATA trolley crashed into a party bike on South Main Street and Gayoso Avenue Saturday afternoon, police said.

Ashley Coleman, owner of SprocknRoll says her driver was on the bike when the Trolley hit them.

The bike was pushed 10 to 15 feet from where it was hit, Coleman said.

She said the trolley clipped the back passenger side and damaged the roof.

“No one was injured, thank goodness,” Coleman said.

The Memphis Police Department responded to the crash around 4:30 p.m.

The driver of the trolley was transported to the hospital in non-critical condition.

Police say the driver of the party bike was cited for the crash.
