Meet Rachel Fan, the Presidential Scholar
A Memphis teenager is headed to the White House this month. New White Station High School graduate Rachel Fan is one of just two Tennessee students to be named a Presidential Scholar. Just as impressive she also earned a perfect 36 on the ACT.
