MILLINGTON, Tenn. —A Millington family returned from vacation to some exciting news: The Powerball ticket they bought was worth $2 million.
The Tennessee Lottery on Tuesday identified the winner as Donald Coffman of Millington.

Nancy Graves, a manager at the Tobacco Superstore on Navy Road, says they see a good amount of lottery winners come in, but nothing like the recent $2 million Powerball ticket sold.
She says an employee confirmed the drawing over the phone with the couple who bought the ticket.
“They’re just kind of freaking out,” Graves said. “First he said it was the same, like me, they didn’t believe, just in disbelief.”
Graves says the winners live in Millington and regularly visit the Tobacco Superstore.
“Apparently, the people that won were going out of town and they’d swung by here and they just picked it up last minute.”
Turns out, they got five out of six of the numbers and did the power play, which doubled their earnings.
“I hope they do something good with this, at least something small for themselves,” Graves said.
