MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man has died from injuries sustained after being struck by a car Sunday afternoon in the Medical District.

The accident happened near the intersection of North Manassas Street and Poplar Avenue. Police said the male pedestrian, 55-year-old Bobby Love, was taken to Regional One “in extremely critical condition,” and said Sunday evening, Love did not survive the injuries.
