MEMPHIS, Tenn. —One person is recovering after an overnight shooting in the Mitchell Heights area.
According to police, the shooting happened around 3 a.m. Tuesday in the 3400 block of Vernon Avenue near National Street.
The victim was taken to the Regional Medical Center but so far police haven’t released any other details.
