SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office said no charges will be filed against a man accused of fatally shooting another man after he was stabbed on March 17.
Deputies say the stabbing victim was acting in self-defense when he fatally shot Jamarquis Hamilton on Peppermill Lane.
