GRILLED CHICKEN SPINACH WRAP

• 6 ounce grilled chicken
• Diced grilled orange bell peppers
• Olive oil light
• Grilled mushrooms
• Add goats milk cheese
• Corn
• 1 wheat whole wrap, (85 mg of sodium wrap)
• Diced grilled tomatoes

TARRAGON CORN

• Half cup of frozen corn
• 3 pinches of tarragon herbs
• Add black pepper
• Add basil
• Add ginger
• Add Mrs. Dash
• 2 table spoons of olive oil light
• Dice and grill bell peppers

BAKED CINNAMON APPLES

• Chop two green apples
• Add tarragon herbs
• 1 table spoon of unsalted butter
• 3 table spoons of olive oil light
• Add pinches of cinnamon

ANGELA’S TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

• Blender
• Dole frozen fruit, mango, pineapple, strawberries, and peaches
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup of blueberries
• 2 cups of Healthy Balance juice
