Neighbor Dewayne Pegues says he was home Sunday and heard commotion at his neighbor’s house.

“Her children found her. They went out the house crying, screaming. A man who lives down the street from us, he went over there and found her too.”

Pegues described Clayton as a loving person with a positive attitude who loved her children.
