(Memphis) An 18-year-old faces aggravated assault charges in Friday’s shooting of two teenagers at Westwood Community Center.

The victims, ages 15 and 17, along with their friends were in the parking lot of the center when they got into an argument with another group. The argument turned physical and the victims say Phillip Lipsey, who they know as “Nu Nu,” shot them.

One of the victims was hit in the stomach; the other was hit in the chest and back. They are both recovering.

Lipsey is being held in lieu of $350,000 bail.
