MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A section of Riverside Drive will be closed early Thursday morning as part of the River Arts Festival activities.
Starting at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, the roadway will be closed from Jefferson Avenue to Georgia avenue. That also means that Court, Monroe, Union and Beale Street will be closed to thru traffic.
That section of road will reopen Sunday at 11 p.m.
