(Tipton County, TN) Tipton County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David Bruno, 38, Thursday after he allegedly stole a $35,000 tractor from Wooten Tractor Company in Covington.
Witnesses told investigators on February 16 they saw Bruno driving a truck carrying the tractor when it fell off the back damaging the expensive piece of farming equipment. Bruno claimed he was going to call a wrecker service but never came back.
Investigators tracked Bruno down and questioned him that’s when they claim he admitted to stealing the tractor.
Bruno is charged with Theft, Vandalism and Trespassing.
