(Memphis) A big donation for the College of Dentistry at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
Delta Dental has donated one million dollars to the school.
Faculty and staff are hoping alumni and friends of the college will follow Delta Dental by making donations to the school.
This as they continue a massive renovation project that includes updating equipment and improving facilities for patient care, dental research and educational laboratories.
More than 7,200 men and women have graduated from the College of Dentistry at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center since it was established in 1878.
