MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A child and three adults are recovering after a shooting in South Memphis on Monday afternoon.

According to police, a black Mercedes G550 and a silver Mercedes pulled in front of a home in the 1500 block of East McLemore and opened fire.

The suspects returned around 7 p.m. and again began shooting into the home. Four individuals, including a 70-year-old woman and an 18-month-old child, were struck and taken to nearby hospitals.

The child and another man are expected to be okay. One woman was in critical condition at last check. The condition of the fourth person was not released.
