(Desoto County) Help for those of you who want to make sure your heart is healthy.
Today, Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto is sponsoring a heart healthy health fair at the hospital from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
You can stop by for a free heart risk assessment, learn how to cook heart healthy dishes, buy fresh fruits and vegetables at a discount farmer’s market and even learn new exercise techniques to get your heart in shape.
The event is free and open to the public.
