(Memphis) An Oakland, Tennessee woman who admitted hiring someone to take her teacher certification exam was sentenced Friday.
forty-seven year-old Valerie Humphrey was sentenced to 30 days in federal prison.
Last January she pleaded guilty to hiring a test-taker to take her place during the Praxis teacher`s exam.
It happened back in 20-09.
Humphrey is one of some 18 people indicted in the scam.
