MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The body of a woman was found in Hardin County, and authorities are investigating, Sheriff Johnny Alexander said Monday.
Deputies received a call around 7 p.m. Sunday of a possible body found. It was recovered from Porters Creek in southwest Hardin County, Alexander said.
The body was sent to Memphis for an autopsy, Alexander said. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is assisting.
