It’s no secret Memphis has been losing business for years to other states that provide movie-makers with bigger incentives.
Craig Brewer knows that first hand.
He wanted to make his 2011 film “Footloose” here.
That didn’t happen.
But in a recent issue of the Memphis Flyer, Craig also points out Memphis is also on the losing side of competition within the state.
