(Memphis) A medical breakthrough in the fight against childhood cancer, thanks to scientists at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital right here in Memphis.

Scientists have discovered a way to target the immune system to shrink, even eliminate, tumors in mice without hurting the immune system.

They also found evidence that the same mechanism may operate in humans.
