(Memphis) One of the founders of Memphis based Mo’ Money taxes is now banned from preparing taxes ever again!
Court records show Derrick Robinson signed an agreement for a permanent injunction.
Robinson cannot prepare or file federal returns, or even own a tax prep business.
The U.S. Justice Department filed suit against Robinson and co-founder Markey Granberry this past spring.
The case against Granberry and another employee is still ongoing.
No trial date has been set.
