Chef Felicia Suzanne dropped off to make a tasty dish using Pesto.

Arugula Pesto

2 cups packed Arugula

2 garlic cloves

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

1/2 cup chopped Walnuts

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 cup olive oil

In a food processor, combine the first 4 ingredients. Process until smooth. Season with Salt and Pepper. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the oil.

Makes: 2 cups
