Ashley Paul joined the WREG team as a reporter in September 2022 and is thrilled to be one of Memphis’ newest residents!
As a native Philadelphian, Ashley got her first taste of journalism at the age of seven, when she was regularly published in the “Kids Talk” section of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Many years later, she earned her journalism degree at Boston University.
She has since worked in Bangor, Maine; Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and most recently Tampa, Florida, where she won the top multi-media journalist award from the Florida Association of Broadcast Journalists in 2019.
Ashley can’t wait to explore all the mid-South had to offer, and is honored to have the opportunity to share your stories. When she’s not working, you can find her at the dog park with her pug mix, Theodore, at the gym, or checking out a new restaurant.
