NEW ORLEANS (NEXSTAR) — Taylor Swift’s attendance at the Super Bowl was a given, especially considering she was spotted out and about in New Orleans on Saturday with boyfriend and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Who she was going to be sitting with, however, was not entirely a given.
Unless, of course, you watched the Super Bowl last year.
Joining Swift in her suite on Sunday were rapper Ice Spice and stylist and designer Ashley Avignone. Both attended the Super Bowl last year as well.
Also sitting with Swift were Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim, the sisters behind the pop-rock trio Haim. They share a song with Swift, “no body, no crime.”
It wasn’t only Swift’s friends in the suite. Kelce’s pal Ross Travis also sat near Swift. Kelce’s older brother, Jason, and his wife, Kylie, were also reportedly in attendance, as was Swift’s brother, Austin. Ed Kelce, father to the Kelce brothers, could be seen in the back of the suite as well.
Swift’s Super Bowl welcoming may not have been as warm as it was last season though. The heavily Eagles-supporting crowd booed her on Sunday, prompting her to give an apparent side-eye glance at Ice Spice while seemingly mouthing, “What is going on?”
She may have felt the same watching the scoreboard throughout the game. The Chiefs didn’t score until after halftime, but it wasn’t enough to secure the three-peat.
The Philadelphia Eagles won Super Bowl LIX 40-22.
