MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 12th person is now facing charges in connection with an April mob attack outside a gas station in the Crosstown neighborhood.
Christopher Davis, 20, was arrested Thursday on charges of aggravated riot, assault and vandalism.
Police say he was seen participating in the attack on surveillance video from the April 10th attack at a BP station at Poplar and Cleveland.
The arrest comes one day after police arrested the man who allegedly started the incident.
Cordero Ragland, 23, is accused of punching victim Orrden Williams in the back of the head.
Police say a group of teenagers from Northwest Prep Academy then jumped in and attacked Williams and damaged a woman’s car.
The ten other suspects facing charges are all teenagers.
Four of them were charged as adults.
Davis is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
