MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office says 46 of its employees have tested positive for COVID-19.

The sheriff’s office says 42 of those employees work in corrections, while four work in law enforcement.

Friday afternoon, Captain Anthony Buckner with SCSO said two of those employees are hospitalized, while 18 have recovered.
