MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police and Fire Departments were called to Yale Avenue and Scott Street on Wednesday after reports came in a child was hit.
According to reports, the 9-year-old was struck by a vehicle around 7:45 p.m.
Fire crews told WREG they didn’t transport the child, but rather he “left the scene with his parents”.
The driver stayed on the scene.
No word yet on if that driver is facing any charges.
