MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis police are looking for a man and woman who held up a dollar store in South Memphis Sunday in the middle of the day.

The pair could be seen on surveillance video walking around the store in the 5200 block of South Third Street and then exiting the store with the cash.

Before they leave, the man points a gun back at the clerk.

The man is wearing a ball cap, black shirt, and khaki pants, and the woman is wearing a construction hat and safety vest.

A number of dollar stores have been targeted in the Memphis over the last few years.

CrimeStoppers said some of the stores are in high crime areas, deal in cash and usually don’t have a lot of security.
