(Washington, D.C.) Stamp prices are going up again.
The United States Postal Service is upping the cost of a stamp by a penny to $.46 for a letter and $.33 for a postcard.
The change takes effect this Sunday.
It was one year ago this week we saw the last one-cent bump.
