(Arkansas) Gun owners in Arkansas are one step closer to be able to use their cell phones to store their concealed carry permit.
The Electronic Gun Permit bill is now heading to the House after passing the Arkansas House Panel Friday.
The bill would allow people to have a picture of their permit downloaded on their phone.
