FORT SMITH, Ark. – Construction on a Fort Smith’s waterpark is almost complete and looks to be finished in time for it’s grand opening this summer.
Officials say Parrot Island Waterpark is about ninety percent done.
Slides are done, and crews are now adding the final touches to what’s been a very safe job site.
Officials also say they have a safety lunch every 90-days when they have no injuries.
The Parrot Island Waterpark in Fort Smith, Arkansas is set to open Memorial Day weekend.
