WILLISTON, N.D.– An Arkansas woman found herself on the wrong side of the law after punching two officers in the face.

Investigators said Wendy Stuard, 24, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, was working at a strip club in Williston last weekend when police received a call saying she was involved in a public disturbance.

When they arrived she was shouting profanities in the middle of the street outside the club.

Police approached her, trying to calm her down, but that’s when Stuard reportedly turned her anger on them.

The trio scuffled until the officers were forced to subdue her using a stun gun.

According to the Williston Herald, both law enforcement officer suffered cuts and bruises as a result of the encounter.

Stuard was scheduled to be in court Sept. 10.

If convicted, she could face up to 15 years behind bars.
