(Jackson) A 23-year-old man was charged with aggravated robbery in connection with Monday’s armed robbery of an employee at All Star Realty.

Jeremy Wade of Jackson is scheduled for arraignment Friday in Jackson City Court.

The robbery took place at about 1 p.m. Monday.

Authorities say two gunmen – one armed with a handgun, the other with a shotgun – entered All Star Realty and demanded money, then searched the desk drawers for money.

When their search was unsuccessful, they took an employee’s purse.

Wade was identified on Wednesday as the man with the shotgun.

Street Crimes officers arrested Wade at about 7 p.m. at his home on Gardencrest Cove in Jackson. Wade was then taken to the Madison County Jail.

The second robber was described as a black man in his late teens, 5’7” to 5’9”, 130 to 150 lbs. and clean-shaven. He was wearing a dark hoodie during the robbery.
