MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Dalvin Smith, 21, is charged with first-degree murder and attempted aggravated robbery.
Police said he was one of two men who held up two people at the Prescott Place Apartments just before noon Sunday.
During that robbery, the victims tried to fight back, and one of the victims ended up getting shot and killed.
Police are still looking for the other suspect.
