(New York) Avon is cutting around 1,500 jobs as the struggling beauty products retailer continues a restructuring plan to turn things around for the company.

The layoffs make up about 4% of Avon’s workforce.

Last month, Avon said it planned to save $400 million over the next three years.

The job cuts are the first details made public about this plan, along with plans to exit two markets in Asia.
