MEMPHIS, Tenn — B.B. King’s passing had an impact on people from coast to coast but nowhere was it stronger than right here in Memphis.
Folks came from everywhere to pay their respects to the Blues Street Blues Boy Friday.
WREG spoke with people on Beale Street where the legend got his start and people said they were remembering his iconic legacy.
People of all generations made a stop at BB King’s Blues Night Club.
Some were taking pictures.
Flowers were even placed on his music note outside the club.
