The man accused of killing a driver on a north Mississippi highways was in court today.
A million dollar bond has been set for James Willie who is facing capital murder, kidnapping, and rape charges.
Willie is charged in the death of Lori Ann Carswell in Tunica County and could soon be charged with the murder of Thomas Schlender of Nebraska.
Schlender was found dead on I-55 near the Pope exit.
