(Memphis) Prince Edward is planning to visit Nashville.
This Thursday he will announce the winner of a prestigious service award from a charity associated with the British royal family, The Duke of Edinburgh`s Award.
The award, which recognizes leadership and service among young people, requires participants to complete a one-to-four-year program of service.
About 275,000 people in more than 140 countries participate in the program.
Thursday’s ceremony will take place at the governor`s mansion.
