(McLean, VA) Most people aren’t looking for an unexpected visitor to knock on their door.
But Capital One says that’s exactly what it’s allowed to do.
The bank sent a contract update to cardholders saying it can “contact you in any manner we choose.”
That includes calls, emails, texts or personal visits to a card holder’s home or work.
