MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A child was in critical condition after he was hit by a car on a Whitehaven street.
Police say reported the accident at Airways and Shelby Drive around 6 p.m. Monday.
They said the boy was taken to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. The person who struck him stayed on the scene.
