(Memphis) The city of Memphis’ new website was unveiled Wednesday.
Mayor AC Wharton says it is much more user-friendly.
You can take advantage of online services, like paying your taxes or a traffic ticket.
There is also a new 311 call center that will take citizens’ concerns or suggestions, log them into a computer system and track the requests from the beginning to the end.
The 311 service should cut down on the number of non-emergency 911 calls.
