(Memphis) Memphis Police have cancelled a City Watch Alert for a teenage girl who was missing from the Beltline neighborhood.
14-year-old Amber Hamblin has last been seen around 7:30 p.m. Sunday when she left her home in the 2600 block of Young Ave. to walk to a nearby store on Southern Ave.
